We understand the importance of a well-maintained facility and the value of brand consistency. We realize all of our customer's have unique needs and believe in customizing maintenance programs for each individual client. This allows ARK the opportunity to guarantee routine maintenance at
pre-negotiated rates, schedules and response times.

 

Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA)

• Complete routine maintenance solution: Sign and lighting surveys, cleanings, inspections and
  re-lamping service
• 24-36 Month Agreement
• Customized to your needs and budget
• Night Drive-By Surveys Upon Request

Daily Service Agreement

• Branches can call, fax or email when service is required and we will respond within 24-48 hours
• Total Control Over Your Costs: You set a "not to exceed" amount. If it appears to our technician that the budget may be exceeded we will contact you and obtain authorization before performing the work
• Pre-negotiated/set rates for labor, material and equipment on all 12-24 month agreements
